These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gamspk ("gamspk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at gamspk.net. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the gamspk platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with gamspk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and gamspk. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the gamspk platform, these Terms shall prevail.

gamspk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically. Continued use of the gamspk platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register a gamspk account and access the platform's real-money gaming and betting services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gamspk strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and will request identity verification documents to confirm age at any stage.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of gamspk, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not already hold an existing gamspk account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, and device is permitted.

gamspk conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to permitting withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gamspk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. gamspk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number for all accounts.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. gamspk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from gamspk requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to gamspk's support team immediately.

You agree to notify gamspk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. gamspk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. gamspk reserves the right to suspend any account it reasonably suspects has been compromised pending investigation.

gamspk processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on the gamspk platform:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 300 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Accepted Deposit Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer.
• Deposit Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 2–4 hours for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals are settled within one business day.
• Transaction Fees: gamspk charges no fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside gamspk's control.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to method-specific limits. gamspk reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. These checks are conducted to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect the security of player accounts.

gamspk reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, gamspk will notify the affected player and conduct a formal investigation before taking any irreversible action.

All sports betting markets, casino games, and other wagering products offered on the gamspk platform are subject to specific product rules in addition to these general Terms. Product-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict regarding that specific product.

The following general betting and gaming rules apply across the gamspk platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. gamspk does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets, except where explicitly provided for by the applicable product rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and player account tier. gamspk reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion.
• In the event of a system error, technical fault, or manifest error in odds or game results, gamspk reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account balance.
• gamspk uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all casino games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel.
• Live in-play betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are subject to live-feed data accuracy. gamspk is not responsible for delays in live data feeds but will void bets where a data error is determined to have materially affected the outcome.
• Winnings from all casino games and sports bets are credited to your PKR account balance immediately upon settlement. Disputed settlements must be raised with gamspk's support team within 48 hours of settlement.

gamspk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus conditions applicable to all gamspk promotions include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gamspk reserves the right to exclude specific players or player groups from individual promotions at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period after which any unclaimed or un-wagered bonus funds will be removed from the account. Expiry timelines are specified in each promotion's terms.
• No-Deposit Bonuses: Where gamspk offers no-deposit bonuses, maximum withdrawal limits apply to winnings derived from such bonuses. These limits are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• VIP Loyalty Programme: gamspk's six-tier VIP programme operates under its own set of programme terms. VIP status, tier maintenance, and associated rewards are subject to those programme terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gamspk platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all balances — including deposits — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the gamspk platform, place bets, or play casino games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation in connection with gamspk betting markets.
• Using insider information to place bets on events in which you have a conflict of interest, including but not limited to sports matches in which you are a participant, official, or administrator.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent the technical measures protecting any gamspk software or systems.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the gamspk platform.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or otherwise impersonating another person.

gamspk cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect criminal activity, gamspk will report the matter to the relevant authorities and provide all relevant account and transaction data as required by law.

All content on the gamspk platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software code, user interface design, and the gamspk brand identity, is the exclusive intellectual property of gamspk or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gamspk platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any gamspk content.

All game content provided by third-party game studios accessible through the gamspk casino lobby remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to gamspk for display on the platform. Your interaction with third-party game content is subject to the applicable studio's end-user terms.

gamspk collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a gamspk account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gamspk's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the gamspk platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your gamspk account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gamspk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, arising from your use of or inability to use the gamspk platform.

gamspk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect platform availability. gamspk will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance and to restore full service as quickly as possible following any unplanned disruption.

gamspk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected engagement in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Suspected engagement in bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
• Account activity that gamspk reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or funding of illegal activities.
• A request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority to suspend or close the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email to their registered address. During the suspension period, the player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place wagers. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any accrued wagering activity during the suspension period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gamspk's support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

gamspk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gamspk will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the gamspk platform at login. The updated Terms will specify the date from which they take effect.

Where the changes to these Terms are not material — such as minor clarifications of existing provisions, correction of typographical errors, or formatting adjustments — gamspk may update these Terms without individual player notification, though the updated version will always be available at gamspk.net/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the gamspk platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the gamspk platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under gamspk's international operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and gamspk, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that the matter can be resolved informally and promptly. gamspk's support team aims to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 3 business days and to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through gamspk's internal dispute resolution process, you may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body recognised by gamspk's operating licence authority.
